Za tři hodiny byl pachatel dopaden

Praha – východ – Pachatel dvou loupeží, které spáchal během pěti hodin, byl dopaden.

Sedmatřicetiletý muž byl dopaden krátce po druhé loupeži, které se dopustil dne 6. listopadu 2014 ve večerních hodinách v jedné z heren v Brandýse nad Labem. Po oznámení loupeže začali po pachateli okamžitě pátrat nejen policisté, ale i strážníci Městské policie v Brandýse nad Labem – Staré Boleslavi. Na základě přesného popisu, který policisté získali od přepadené obsluhy, byl muž strážníky zadržen a předán kriminalistům.

Ti muže vyslechli a sdělili mu obvinění ze zločinu loupež, které se během několika hodin dopustil hned dvakrát. Navíc podali podnět na jeho vzetí do vazby. Návrhu soudce okresního soudu pro Prahu východ vyhověl.

Obviněný odpoledne v herně popíjel a hrál automaty. Všechny peníze, které měl u sebe, prohrál. Rozhodl se, že si opatří další. Vrátil se na ubytovnu, kde bydlel se svou přítelkyní. Peníze chtěl po ní. Když mu je odmítla dát, chtěl jí vzít kabelku, že si je vezme sám. Žena stihla vyndat peníze z peněženky. Po krátké potyčce jí však peníze vzal a odešel zpět do herny. Peníze opět všechny prohrál. Vrátil se na ubytovnu, přítelkyně tam již nebyla. V té době tuto loupež oznamovala na místním obvodním oddělení.

Muž vzal v pokoji kuchyňský nůž a vrátil se do herny. Zde pod pohrůžkou násilí, právě tímto nožem, přinutil pracovníka herny, aby mu otevřel trezor. Odsud odcizil několik tisíc korun. Při odchodu vzal ještě pracovníkovi mobilní telefon.

Obviněný byl již v minulosti odsouzen za násilnou trestnou činnost a to nejen v České republice.
